The United Nations has deisgnated 2015 as the International Year of Light.

The text of the resolution stated: “Applications of light science and technology are vital for existing and future advances in medicine, energy, information and communications, fiber-optics, astronomy, architecture, archaeology, entertainment and culture.”  This means that 2015 will be a very exciting year to be involved in the development, training and use of light-based technologies. At Fleming Laser we are looking forward to including this theme in our plans for 2015.
